Fuel is one of the few things every driver buys every week, and in Kosovo the price changes often and differs from one station to the next. Drivers had no reliable way to know what a station charged before pulling in. Stations had no direct way to tell drivers they were the better stop. NaftaSot connects the two.

- Driver opens NaftaSot
- Nearest open station
- One tap to navigate

01 — One platform, three sides
Drivers, fuel brands, and the team that runs it
Most apps have one audience. NaftaSot has three, and each one needs something different from the same data. Every feature starts with the question of which side it serves, and what it costs the other two.
- DriversFree apps for iPhone and Android, plus the web. Find fuel nearby, plan a trip, get told when it is worth filling up.
- Fuel brandsA partner dashboard, on the web and inside the app, to run their stations and prices and see how drivers find them.
- Our operationsAn admin layer over the whole country: stations, brands, data quality, notifications and analytics.
02 — For drivers
Open the app, see where to fill up, go
The home screen answers one question before the driver has to ask it: where is the best open station near me right now? Distance is real driving distance, not a straight line on a map, and stations that are closed simply do not get in the way.
- Nearest open stations, by driving time
- Filters by city, brand and fuel
- Price history on every station
- Favourites and home-screen widgets
- One tap into Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps
- Electric chargers on the same map
- A garage for your cars and a log of every fill
- Albanian first, English too, light and dark
Udhëto: the trip planner
Tell the app where you are going, how much fuel is left and what your car uses. It works out what the trip will cost, there and back if you like, and finds the best place to stop on the way. Add your car once and every trip, reminder and full-tank price is worked out for that car.
It is the feature people come back for, and the one the web cannot match: it needs your location, your car and your history, which live in the app.
03 — Prices people can trust
A wrong price is worse than no price
An app like this lives or dies on one thing: when it says a price, the pump has to agree. So trust is built in layers, and every layer is visible to the driver.
- From the brands themselvesFuel companies update their own prices through the partner dashboard, and every change lands in an audit trail.
- Confirmed at the pumpDrivers confirm the price they actually see. A price people dispute is flagged and goes back to the brand to resolve.
- Checked before it is shownEvery new price passes automatic checks, so a mistyped figure never reaches a driver as the cheapest in town.
- Honest about ageEach price says when it last changed and how many drivers have confirmed it. Old prices are kept out of rankings.
Drivers who keep the board honest earn points and climb four levels, from Shofer to Legjendë. It turns checking a price into something people want to do, not a chore they are asked to do.
04 — Notifications
Only the messages worth getting
Push notifications are the fastest way to lose a user, so every one has to pay for itself. NaftaSot tells drivers about the things that change what they do: a price drop at a station they follow, a rise coming across the country, a trip reminder with a price they can rely on.
- Price drops at your favourite stations
- Warnings when prices rise nationwide
- Reminders based on how you drive
- A weekly recap built from your own setup
- A hard daily limit per person
- Only trusted prices in a headline
“My staff told me two customers came in and said they'd seen us in the app. Others come in and mention it themselves.” Station manager, Kosovo · anonymous by request
05 — For fuel brands
A partner dashboard that shows what drivers do
For a fuel company, NaftaSot is a shop window and a market report in one. Brands run their stations and prices from the web or straight from their phone, and see what happens next: who looked, who navigated there, when demand peaks, and where they stand against the station down the road.

06 — Growth
The website is the front door, the app is the home
NaftaSot started on the web, and drivers already knew it there when the apps launched. So the website was rebuilt around one job: answer the visitor's question, then hand them to the app that does more.
- A landing page built around the install
- Today's national average per fuel, live on the page
- A page for every city and station, written for search
- Albanian SEO throughout
- Pages AI assistants can read and cite
- Every store button attributed to its placement
- App-install campaigns with clear kill and scale rules
- Organic content in native Albanian
Installs are followed through to the first useful action and the return visit, not just counted, so every campaign and every page is judged by drivers who stay. The positioning is deliberate too: the copy sells what the driver gets out of it, never the mechanics of how it works.
07 — Running it
A product is never finished
Since launch, NaftaSot has shipped a new app version almost every week: electric chargers, the car garage and fill log, accounts that sync across phones, community points, a rebuilt station page, a new analytics layer for brands. Behind that pace sits the unglamorous work that keeps a live product standing.
- Watched around the clockErrors are reported the moment they happen, on the apps and on the server.
- Backed upAutomatic database backups, so a bad day is never a lost day.
- Updatable on demandA server-side switch can ask older app versions to update when it matters.
- Data that stays oursPrice data is served only to our own apps and site. Copying is detected and blocked.
The data pipeline, the price checks and the ranking logic are the heart of the product, so this page describes what they do rather than how they do it.

09 — Outcome
A product a country actually uses
Before
Drive around and hope → find out the price at the pump → stations with no way to reach drivers
After
Open the app → nearest open station and today's price → one tap to get there, and the station sees it happen
More than 8,000 drivers have installed NaftaSot, and it covers 262 stations from 23 brands across 26 cities. Station managers hear about it from their own customers at the pump.
It is also the clearest proof of how we work. Everything we offer clients, from product design and native apps to data, automation, analytics and growth, runs in NaftaSot every day, with our own money and our own name on it.
